Hi;
in 1989 Sheiner et al, published the paper on "study designs for dose
ranging" in which it was argued that parallel-dose designs analysed by anova
were a poor design for describing the population dose response relationship.
In addition the anova type model for describing the mean response curve was
biased.
Other than the work by Sambol on atenolol and betaxolol, are there any other
published examples that illustrate the above.
