Dear PharmPK

Has anyone out there any experience of formulations for recombinant
antibodies or know of any good texts describing excipients for
antibody work ?  My problem is that my recombinant antibody shows
poor solubility below pH 9 and poor long-term storage
characteristics in solution. It is also difficult to solubilise after
lyophilisation.
