Hi all,

I would like to find out some simple and fast ways to separate plasma
protein from the rest and determine free plasma drug concentration. I
knew from some experts that Millipore ultrafiltration device could
fulfill this need, but I would like to find out more details about
this method or others. Any advice or recommendations on the method or
some literature references are well welcome.

I can not supply literature for free drugs analysis, but the Millipore
ultrafiltration tech. is very familiar to me, in the past I worked with it
in an experimental set up, specially in separating vasoactive substances.
