Dear members,

Has anyone used a software package called GastroPlus which is produced by
Simulation Plus (http://www.simulations-plus.com/mnframe.htm)? Apparently
it is a computer simulation program to predict the drug absorption in the
gut. I would like to know whether anybody has used it and if so, how
accurate the predictions are with real animal models.

Any input is much appreciated.
