Dear P-K group,
I would like to ask for references to this question: How to handle
inconsistent data during a clinical trial. In particular, population
P-K trials. Thanks for any suggestions or readings.

The underlying assumptions of the study are incorrect. This will cause the
data to appear flawed. Try changing the way data is defined by the clinical
trial, i.e., change the type data collected, and there should be a data set
that becomes consistent. This will reveal the actual parameters with which
the study is measuring.
