Dear all,
Does anybody know any good references concerning PK/PD models in the field
of immunosuppression and especially how to select some good markers
reflecting immunosupression ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Dr Helmer,
I have contacted a colleague at The University of Surrey who has the kind
of expertise in immunology that you need. Her name is Dr Lesley-Jane
Reynolds and she will be in touch soon.
Our unit can conduct the Phase 1-2 studies and we like to advise that
models in animals are designed with them in mind if at all possible. It
maximises your chances of getting a positive effect in your surrogate
marker in the early human studies and there is nothing better than that
for getting in-house support and funds for your projects, i have found.
Kind regards
Andrew Sutton.
