Dear All,

We would like to conduct a population pharmacokinetic study in children
receiving local anesthestic agents by caudal injection.
The aims of this investigation are the determination of the variation of the
different factors (Cmax, Tmax, fu, lag time, ......) according to the age
and the preoperative status. However we are very new in the use of the
population parameters....
Is there anybody interested in doing a multicentric study or in guiding us
with the choice of the different groups, parameters to study  and the blood
sampling time.....?
