Dear all

We have obtained some interesting results regarding the=20
pharmacokinetic differences between male and female rats administered=20
with tolmetin p.o., It is known that tolmetin is metabolized to a=20
carboxilic acid derivative, then, some isoform of the citochrome P450=20
should be implicated. The question is if someone has information=20
about which would be that enzime and/or the whole metabolic pathway=20
of tolmetin.
