Dear all
I want to determine 5-Fu in urine and tissue by HPLC, but I don=B4t Known
the sample extraction and clean-up procedure in order to remove matrix
compunds prior to HPLC analysis.  Has anyone ever  measure 5-Fu in this
matrix? I would like to Known the sample treatment and the analytical
method if it,s possible. We usually determine 5-Fu in human plasma and
we have this analytical method. Anybody who can help us, please share
the method.
