Dear everybody
Wish to know whether there is any computer program which
calculates bioeqivalence study results on Window hopefully
interacting with Excel. Thank you
Kwon

Dear Dr. Kwon - WinNonlin Professional Edition supports calculation of
bioequivalence statistics using general linear models (ANOVA).
Accordingly, the user has a great deal of flexibility in statistically
analyzing results from a wide range of study designs.
Additionally, WinNonlin supports calculation of derived PK parameters
using model independent and dependent methods, creating report-ready
graphs and tables, numerical deconvolution, etc.
WinNonlin is compatible with Excel. Please let us know if you have any
questions.
Regards, Jeff

Regarding bioequivalence programs written for Windows! The one
Windows program that I am familiar with is WinNonlin-Pro by Pharsight
Corp. (www.Pharsight.com). All data tables can be saved and
manipulated as Excel files. Not cheap though!

Kwon,
Kinetica is a general windows-based pharmacokinetic program that have
the ability to do ANOVA statistical testing for up to 4 formulations
encountered in bioequiv studies. Different reference confidence intervals
depending on the regulation used can be specified.

Dear Kwon,
WinNonlin (www.pharsight.com) does most of the work - the rest you
can do in Excel or by hand.

Kwon:
Kinetica 2000 provides you not only the tools for Bioequivalent study, but
also the tools to import data and output the results easily. The Import
Assistant is a new feature of Kinetica 2000. Using Import Assistant, you
can easily import data from Excel, Ascii, database, or other applications to
Kinetica. The original data, and methods used in data analysis, as well as
the final results (including tables and graphics) will be in a Microsoft
word document generated by Kinetica automatically. You can also send tables
(your original data and final results) to Excel.
If you need further information, please feel free to contact us.
