Dear collegues,
We are developing a model for differential absorption in the GI with the
ultimate purpose to obtain a better in-vitro/in-vivo correlation.
We have pretty much developed the model but we cannot find a nice data set
for an example.
The ideal data would consist of concentration vs time data for one
drug given
by:
1. IV
2. Oral, IR (or better yet, solution)
3. Intubation with solution given at one or more different levels of GI tract
4. sustained release with known in vitro release rate profile is known.
The various "experiments" above could be done in the same persons, or different
persons, so long as they were all "normals" or otherwise similar.
Does any of you know of any such data that we could get?
Thank you in advance
Kind regards,
Marta
