One of our compound show two Cmax.We tried to write the equation in
WINNONLIN according to a paper published in J. P.S. 72, (2) 1983,
138-142
But always had syntex error.  Kindly give the suggestions. I will
appreciate in receiving the e-mail of WINNOLIN group and contact
persons.

A system-approach based  method for identification of a model describing
dynamic behavior (absorption, distribution, and elimination) of a drug
exhibiting two or more significant peaks in the measured concentration-
time profile has been employed in our study: Dedik L., Durisova M.: New
general formulas for estimation of mean residence time and its variance,
Pharmazie, 1997, 451-452.
