Hello,
Can any one suggest the source where I can find data on elimination
half-lives of drugs with high renal clearance, in renal failure?
Thanks!

Dr.Krishna,
ADIS press published a clinical pharmacokinetics handbook which
contains fairly extensive tables on the effects of renal or hepatic
failure on drug elimination. A MEDLINE should find review articles
on the effects of renal failure on drug elimination from journals such
as Clinical Pharmacokinetics by ADIS press.

Dear Dr Krishna
I think you should be able to find what you are
looking for in Avery's drug treatment,and also,Roland and Tozer,Principles
of Pharmacokinetics.

Dr. Krishna,
A good starting place would be Chap. 8., Applied Pharmacokinetics (3d Edn), By

Dr. Herbel,
The actual title of the handbook is Drug Data Handbook by ADIS:
Drug Data Handbook
Drug Data Handbook has been used for many years by hospital physicians and
pharmacists to help them prescribe drugs safely and effectively. The 3rd
Edition is fully updated and will be welcomed by all hospital staff who wish
to make drug decisions effortlessly and with confidence.
It contains sections on pharmacokinetic drug data, drug dosage in renal and
hepatic failure, clearance and volume methods of dose prediction and safety
of drugs in breastfeeding.

Dr. Krishna:
Hello. You may find some information of your interest by exploring online
at the following web sites-
1. www.harrisonsonline.com/ : A good amount of medical&pharmaceutical
information is available, including data tables on half-life elimination of
various drugs, under various chapter headings. You may check chapters: 68,
