Hi, all

I am planning a PK study of Paracetamol (acetaminophen), Ibuprofen
and Caffeine in
rats.

Can anyone suggest an HPLC method for simultaneous estimation of above
three compounds.

You can try the method in the paper below that was used for paracetamol
and caffeine
simultaneously. I hope it will work for you.
