Dear Members,
I'm currently working on slow release peptide formulation and I have hard time
to figure a good correlation (level B or C) between in vivo and in vitro
release.
I have question:
- concerning sustained release formulation: from your knowledge is
there in the literature examples of good correlation between in vivo and in
vitro???
- to replace an in vivo test by an in vitro test what kind of correlation
level is necessary A B or C???
Thanking you in advance for your cooperation.
