If you are using HPLC, you may find the assay we developed years ago.
Tsuen Ih Ruo et al: Assay of inulin in biological fluids by high
performance liquid chromatography with pulsed amperometric detection.
Clinica Chimica Acta, 204 (1991) 217-222. We used this assay to
measure plasma and urine inulin for our PK study.
