Hi all,

Has anyone used the following model :
c(t)=A*(t^(-alpha))*exp(-beta*t)

To describe the pharmacokinetic of a drug following
i.v. bolus administration?

What are the units of the coefficients?
What is the order of this process?

This function is sometimes called a gamma curve (the AUC is the gamma
function). The units are
   beta: 1/time
   alpha: unitless
   A: concentration*time^alpha
