Does anyone know whether there are CYPs involved in the metabolism of
clonidine (Catapresan)? Thanks in advance.

Dr.Endressen,
This reference indicates that clonidine is predominantly cleared
renally (62%), and that "the plasma clonidine concentration produced
by a particular transdermal dose varies considerably between individuals
as a result of interindividual variation in renal clearance."
