Dr. Jacobs -

Any contract manufacturer listed in the Pharmaceutical Technology
Buyer's Guide should be able to make placebo tablets for you at a
reasonable price. You could also call the University of Maryland's
Pharmaceutics Department. I'm sure that they would be happy to do it for
you at a price.
