Topfit is (was?) available as a book published by Gustav Fischer (Stuttgart,
Jena, New York , 1993) titled Topfit Version 2: Pharmacokinetic and
Pharmacodynamic Data Analysis System for the PC.  Authors are: G. Heinzel, R
Woloszczak and P Thomann.  The book includes a diskette containing the
program.
