Dear ALL,
1. Why BA of two formulations is compared at 90 % confidence interval and not at 95%
or more...
2. Is the standard (80-120%) range of BA is applied in preclinical studies also.
Can we use compare Cmax and AUC paratmeters of two formulation in 80-120 % range.
please suggest.
