Hello,
I have one query. As Dicloxaciilin having good solubility in water and also have good permeation
then why it is listed in class lll drugs.
Dear Ashwini,
Dicloxacillin is having very high degree of plasma protien binding
therefore though it is having good water solubility and also have good
permeation it appear to have a diffusion limited exchange rate between the
blood and tissue and are not flow limited.
