Hello,
I have a question while formatting data to run in NONMEM. I have a single-dosing event record and
want to know what values to record in the interdosing interval "II" field and steady-state "SS"
fields. I'm familiar with how to log data from pt’s who regularly take a dose (bid, qhs, etc) but
not a one-time dose.
For example - if a subject takes a .5mg dose at 0800 and their blood is drawn at 1200 I would have:
#ID TIME AMT RATE SS II MDV DV CMT
Dosing Event 1234 0 500 0 ??? ??? 1 . 1
Blood Draw 1234 4 0 0 0 0 0.8 2
Thank you,

Dear Jeran,
You don't need both columns for a single-dosing event.
You may check NONMEM's Users Guide, Part V, Chapter 6, Section 8.2 for more information on setting
the dosing events.

Hi Jeran,
I agree with Ahmed.
You do not need SS, II if it is one single dose event. If you have repeated dosing events (for e.g.
QD, BID) then you need those two variables.
Thanks,
Soujanya
