Dear All
We had the micronized formulation of drug which is used for topical
application. Due to micronized form it may reach to dipper part of the
skin and it may absorb to blood. We want determine the half life of this
drug.
Can any one explain how to determin the half life (t1/2) for topical
formulation?

The "t1/2" of a drug is not dependent on route of administration. t1/2 0.693/ke which is actually = 0.693 * V / CL.
You may be confusing "absorption time" with elimination half-life.
