Hi,
"Can anybody suggest me how to calculate amount to be dosed in zebra
fish from rat dose."
The size differences in maintenance dose rate (MDR) can be accounted for
using:
MDRFish=MDRRat*(WeightFish/WeightRat)^(3/4)
Note that this only accounts for the size differences and not for
species differences in drug elimination.

Dear VijayKumar,
Take the volume of distribution from the rat and the volume of your fish
tank, and multiply the dose accordingly.
Take same safety measure as this is rough and dirty.
Good luck,
Joachim
