Dear all,
It will be of great help, if somebody can suggest me some
literature/site/source from where I can get the Liver levels (hepatic
concentrations) of drugs like : cyclosporine A, bosentan, glyburide,
troglitazone to name a few.
Or if there is any predictive methods to calculate hepatic extraction
from other in vitro values.
