Can anyone explain me from where PAMPA permeability equation (mention below) is derived?

Equation :

Pe = (-218.3/t)*log10(1-2*CA(t)/CD(0))
t = time in hrs, CA(t) - Concentration proportional number in Acceptor
compartment post incubation
CD(0) = Concentration proportional number at time 0, Units 10-6 cm/sec
