Hi,
Please see the graph made by Winnonlin in the link below. It is a simple
Emax PD model fitting. Does anyone know why the predicted curve (blue
line) wouldn't extend to the left area where some observed data exist
(green circled area)?

Tried graphing setting in Winnonlin but no luck yet.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi Hao,
Does the predicted curve extend to zero when you plot with linear
x-axis? If it does, the artifact in the log plot might be due to the
step size of the concentration in your prediction being greater that the
first few concentrations in the dataset. You may try to increase the
number of predicted values (i.e. reducing the step size) and see whether
it helps. Good luck.
