Hi,i am an odontology student from San Marcos university,lima,Per=99. I am
having a pharmacology course and i have an speech about Biotransformation
of pharmacon.I would appreciate if you can help me giving me the last
information, examples, you have about:
Biotransform in pregnant woman.neonatal.
Biotransform by enzymes action
Hepaticmicrosomals system that metabolize drugs.
Kind of biotransform:Reaction phase I,phase II.
No microsomal biotransform of drugs.

Dear Virginia,

It is quite a bit you ask for, and it would probably be impossible to give
you all this in a single e-mail.
When is this talk to be held? Do you have time to prepare all this before?
I suggest you consult a textbook - e.g. Malcolm Rowland & Thomas Tozer
"Clinical Pharmacokinetics - Concepts and Applications", Williams &
Wilkins, 1995 (3rd ed) or Goodman & Gillman's The Phramacological Basis of
Therapeutics or Avery's Drug Treatment (Adis). These books have all
excellent information on the topics. It is difficult to give you more
precise information not knowing the level of your talk, to whom you wil
give it etc. etc. I hope this information helps you a little.
