Dear colleagues,

CaCo-2 cells became an important model for prediction of absorption in
man. During drug discovery large numbers of compounds have to be
screened. Does anybody know about "high throughput" CaCo-2 assays?

Numerous companies have set up HTS screening with Caco-2.
Most are using Becton Dickinsons system of 24 well plates for automation.
