In attempting to analyze a 6 compartment model of HIV viral dynamics, I am
lacking a good approximation for the turnover rate (death rate) for CD4+
lymphocyte T cells within the body.  If anyone knows of a solid
approximation, please e-mail me.

Another initial condition that I am looking for is the initial
concentration (cells/uL) of immunomacrophages within the body--long-lived
macrophages which are not lysed when infected by HIV.

Any information is appreciated.
