Dear all
I am trying to carry out several experiments with lisinopril in the rat,
however, the information on its determination in plasma or whole blood is
scarce. I would appreciate any direction for HPLC or RIA methods to
measure lisinopril, and if possible commercial data.
Thanks

We developed an assay for urinary lisinopril measurements in view of
its high renal clearance (J. Chromatogr. B 673 (1995) 306-310). In
this paper we have quoted a couple of RIA methods which (at that
time) were not available commercially.
Good luck

Try refering to some publications by Freidman & Amidon. Alot has been
done with ACE inhibitors in their labs.
