I am evaluating nalbuphine for its use in anesthesia in dogs and I am in
the process of designing a PK study to compare IV, SQ and IM dosage
routes. I need to know if there is a lab that could run canine serum
samples for this project. I know that HPLC with EC detection offers good
assays but I was wondering if GC-MS could be run to save costs. If
anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
