Dear Susil,
If you are interested in a simulation software that can be used for
teaching purposes, I would recommend the pharmacokinetic simulation package
available from PCCAL International in England. It is a comprehensive (55
different models) and easy to use simulation package which requires minimal
computer knowledge to operate. This package is sold for multi-users (up to
25 users) so, it is excellent for teaching purposes. You can check their
internet site for details (http://www.coacs.com/PCCAL/pharmo.htm). Note
that this is not a curve fitting package but a simulation package for
teaching purposes.
You can also check my internet-based pharmacokinetic teaching module which
include a simulation component. You are welcome to use it if you found it
useful. The address of this module is:
To run this module you have to download and install Shockwave to your
browser. This Shockwave for authorware program can be obtained free and
there is a link to the downloading site in the introductory page of the
module.
Hope this information will be helpful.
